Y6 Cathedral Leavers' Service

Our Y6 children joined several other schools at Gloucester Cathedral today for a beautiful goodbye service - the first step in their transition from primary to secondary school. Our six children did us proud, with Lilli bearing our candle, Freddie and Leo as our banner bearers and all six children singing and dancing enthusiastically to our practised songs. It was a very special service, with a big focus on the actions we can take to protect our environnment. Each of the hundreds of children involved across the diocese have made a promise linked to conservation which you will see displayed on a big tee in the centre of the cathedral if you get the chance to visit.
