Writing Impact: What the results look like...

At Cranham Primary, our children value writing because they know its is done for a purpose; after proof-reading, editing and redrafting, children produce a final version to feel very proud of. The children  are keen to listen to adult feedback as well as feedback from their peers, to make this their very best effort. This final version is always published or celebrated in some way: it may be displayed within the school; it may be shared on the website; it may be compiled into a book for our library; it may be sent in the post to a special recipient; it may be celebrated in Collective Worship; it may be performed to another class and so on...

Every month, a piece of writing is chosen from each class to publish in our local village magazine. It feels very exciting to be officially published authors and to have our creations distributed to so many readers!
